Can I bring my work?
Feel free to work while I’m working! You can log into our Wi-Fi, and I have a small rolling desk for your computer. I can even turn down the music if you'd prefer.
Do you allow children to accompany you during appointments?
We kindly ask that you arrange for someone else to care for your little one while you enjoy your service, as our salon isn't safe for kids and it helps us stay on schedule.
What are your policies?
We have a cancellation policy that requires 24 hours' notice for changes. A late cancellation may incur a fee. Please review our full salon policies below for more details.
Where are you located?
Casita Salon is located in a private home studio in Austin, Texas. Our address is provided upon booking confirmation. We ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all clients.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Our services are strictly by appointment only to ensure personalized attention. We do not accept walk-ins, so we highly recommend calling ahead to check availability. For an optimal experience, please book in advance.

At Casita Salon, we prioritize your comfort and safety. Our salon policies are designed to ensure a pleasant experience for all clients.
**Cancellation Policy:** We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. You will be charged %50 of the schedule service if you no-show your appointment.
**Late Policy:** We value your time and the time of our other clients. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
**Hygiene Standards:** Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict hygiene practices, including sanitizing tools and surfaces between each client. Our team is trained in the latest health protocols to provide you with a safe salon experience.

**Redo Policy** We strive to do our best in the consultation to understand your needs. Sometime things get lost in translation and we end up not loving the results. Its important to me to right my missteps. If you are unhappy please let me know within two weeks so that I may have to opportunity to correct it.
**Etiquette** Discriminatory/Derogatory statements & actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. I have the right to refuse service to anyone at my own discretion.
